and in the mood for more elegant decay this is a one glorious example. It’s the Boekhandel Selexyz Dominicanen bookstore in Maastricht. The look of colorful books stacked one shelf above the other as far as the eye can see is one of the most stunning and when that is hugged by historical long preserved architectural marvel makes eternal beauty!

Doses of glam!

I’m treating you to more doses this time :) I hope you like them!
LUVVV the reflection effect on square mirrors instead of going with one single sheet.. the gorgeous you-don’t-see-everyday-type table.. the black and white stripes against the soft tufted grey!
and the more reflection you get the better.. Super glamorous sleek surfaces combined with a classy almost-jewelry-like pendant lighting, that glorious floor to ceiling glass divider, those modern comfy chairs.. then setting the tone off with the earthy wooden table, so DIVINE!
I like it when the bathroom really looks like an extension of the bedroom.. so elegant and inviting you can almost sleep in!
Dressing up an otherwise neglected corner..
Kicking up otherwise boring beiges and creams a notch with some bold art pieces and vibrant color punches!

Spaces with a lot on the walls and floors laying casually around yet somehow looking so tastefully unique, artistic, and personal just make me happy! I really like having something to admire in every corner of the room.. But from time to time I find myself looking for a little break in large spaces of nothing but light walls and a handful of pieces here that look like’ve been organized by a super cool art gallery designer! Here is what I’m talking about..

Extremely minimal but there is something about this space that so boldly stands out.. The apartment is designed with very few pieces yet feels like plenty of thought and style in every corner. LUV it!
