I personally don’t know where that exact headboard is from, but generally for this style tufted headboard you can pretty much find at most furniture stores. I’d say places like Ethen Allen, Crate&Barrel, Bloomingdales… If you know a good upholsterer you could probably get a semi-diy version of it.
